Edit for July 2026: since working with Jamila over the course of more than a year now we have been more than disappointed. The communication is significantly lacking. From very clearly stated email requests getting misinterpreted to emails being ignored all the way to a complete cease of communication. My last phone call on 6/19/26 a request was made with Jamila regarding an update to an upcoming homeowner policy renewal. Crickets. I have not heard back. The renewal is approaching and we will be looking elsewhere for all of our policies. Sad way to lose business even after I communicated to her my dissatisfaction with her communication just a couple of months ago."
